[GLITCH] While displaying the "downloading X of Y songs" in the italian translation

[GLITCH] While displaying the "downloading X of Y songs" in the italian translation

I hope this is the right place to ask and I hope you'll understand what I mean, since English is not my native language.

I'm Italian, my iPhone is set to Italian language and the Spotify UI and the messages appears in Italian. That's fine. There's only a minor problem:

When I initially add new songs to a playlist that is marked as "available offline", a small grey rectangle appears on the upper side of the display with a progression bar, informing me that "spotify is actually downloading song 1 out of X"

Unfortunately, in the Italian translation the phrase is too long and it gets (quite) always truncated before the progression bar.

On my iPhone display it appears like this:

"Sincronizzazione, 1 di... {XXXXXXXXXXXX_________}"

( Where the {XXXXX____} represent the progression bar)

therefore I can almost never read how many songs are being synchronized, and sometimes I can't ever read how many songs have been downloaded.

If I may suggest you an alternative phrase, could you write instead "Scarico 1 di X". "Scaricare" in Italian is a verb used as a synonymous of the english word "download", and therefore the phrase would mean "Download 1 of X" and it would be shorter than the actual, and hopefully it would allow to show how many songs have been downloaded and the total amount of song to be downloaded.

Eventually if you want to keep clear that the app is synchronizing the playlist, you might eventually use the word "Sincronizzo" instead of "Sincronizzazione", that is shorter and it means more or less the same (it literally means "I'm synchronizing 1 of X")

Thank you very much and best regards

Hi @fmaida - thanks for bringing this up. I've passed it along to the right people. Hopefully we'll be able to get that changed because I can imagine that would be pretty annoying!
