Getting charged for premium when only on a free account

Getting charged for premium when only on a free account

I cancelled my premium and stopped using the app about 3 months ago after the app stopped me from doing premium features and I'm still getting charged and it has put my phone bill up for the past 3 months which is linked to someone elses bank card even though I used my card details for Spotify

Hey @user-removed!

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong account. If your account was created through Facebook, you should be able to get in with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't created through Facebook, try logging in with the username and password. Make sure you're not entering your full email address.
