My Question or Issue

i wasn't sure where to report this, but a few people suggested the community forums so here i am.

my spotify has been glitchy as of lately, it will do things such as not play when i click the play button, skip through songs, and randomly stop playing my songs. i have no idea why this is, my internet connection is fine and nothing else on my phone is glitching. i'm also very disappointed that my downloads, which i pay for, won't work when i'm offline? i also just updated it to the current version and it still does this.

Hi SPOTIFY I FOUND A BUG

Hey @Sivaji__47,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.

Every time the app is behaving differently than normal, it's worth performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

In case the issue persists, let us know exactly what the problem is, along with the device information (Make, model, OS version and Spotify version) to continue investigating your case.

We'll be on the lookout.
