Hmm No Internet Connection

My Question or Issue

 When I try to open my Spotify app, it says ' Hmm no internet connectection' and has a try again button. I can't even access the settings button. I do have full internet connection and even when I hit the retry button, nothing happens. Can anybody help me with this problem please?
