How do I buy more listening hours for audiobooks

I finished my free 15 hours of audio and when it told me that is said I can buy more listening time but I don’t exactly know how to do so

You can purchase top-ups with a credit/debit card or PayPal.

To top up on your account:

1. Go to your account page.
2. Under Subscription, select Audiobook listening time.
3. Select Top up.
