I may be overlooking something obvious but each time I click the + to create a playlist for an entire album, a + icon shows up in the cover art icon spot with the album name but it's not saving the playlist. Please direct me to an answer...never had this issue on my iPhone app.

Worked fine for me. Just tested with iPad2.
First time i just hide keyboard and it didn't save playlist. Needed to press enter.

To make a playlist out of an album, follow these steps:
When viewing an album (from search results, for example), tap the ellipsis symbol (. . .).
Three additional options appear.
Tap Save to Playlist above the words Add This Entire Album to a Playlist.
I have searched spotify page on ipad3 and cannot find the (...) symbol to give additional options, where do I find it. I am still unable to add entire albums to playlist
