How to recover my playlists

My playlists aren’t on my account anymore. I got premium and my playlists had disappeared. I had changed my display name and profile picture and it just took me back to my old display name and no profile picture. I tried to recover my playlists on the Spotify website but it said I had to try again? I don’t know how to recover my playlists.

Could you try recovering your playlists here using a different browser or private window?

If that doesn't help, let me know if you're able to see your playlists after a clean reinstall of the app.
