How to sync offline songs with your iPhone

My Question or Issue

My local songs wouldn't sync with my iPhone (iPhone XS), they would stay in gray and I would be stuck in "waiting for download" forever. After a lot of research and trial and error I figured a way that may help you out if you are having this problem as well:

Try using your cellular data:

1. Turn on your hotspot and connect your computer to it ( I did it via Wi-fi but it may work with bluetooth or through your cable)

2. Go to your Spotify app > settings > Music Quality > scroll all the way down and there should be an option that says "Download Using Cellular" turn it on 

That's it, your songs should start downloading immediately. Bear in mind that this will use your cellphone data but at least you'll have your songs!
