I can't delete my playlists or change my playlist's covers

All of a sudden yesterday I could not change the cover on my playlists or delete the playlist itself. When I tried to change the picture I could press the edit button, but once I tried pressing "change image", nothing happened. Then when I pressed the "delete playlist" button, again, nothing happened. I tried clearing the app's cache, offloaded it, deleted it, downloaded it back, and turned my phone on and off. None of that worked. This morning it worked for a few minutes but once I opened the app back it was the same as it was yesterday. I have an iPhone 12 and the most recent update, iOS 15.4.1. 

I turned my phone on and off again and now this setting is working, but I'm still wondering if anyone knows what causes this? It's not the first time this has happened and since it worked fine for a while before going back to not working, I wouldn't be surprised if it were to happen again today or sometime.

Can you let us know the exact Spotify version you use? You can check this in both, the App Store or the settings of your device. 

Just to confirm, you mention this setting is working again. Are you referring to changing the image on the playlists or deleting them? Let us know which one of them is working or if both of them are working now.

On another note, we understand you followed some troubleshooting. Can you try reinstalling the app again? A clean reinstall could make a difference in this case. You can give it a try, you can follow the steps to do it here.

Hello! I experienced the EXACT issue as you did a few minutes ago, but then I was able to fix the issue by disconnecting my bluetooth connection first. And voila, I was able to change image and edit my playlists.

I hope Spotify is able to debug this issue. Pretty sure no one wants to have to disconnect from

bluetooth to be able to edit their playlists or change images.
