I can't listen to all my downloaded songs

I can't listen to all my downloaded songs

I have been having trouble playing my music offline for a while now. I can listen to some songs, oddly the recently downloaded ones, but not the rest.

 

This does not happen with all my devices, on my iPad I can listen to all the songs and in very good quality.

 

I already tried downloading the app again, deleted all the songs and downloaded them again and everything is still the same. I have enough space available for the downloads, I don't know what the problem is.

Welcome to the Community!

 

Can you let us know if this is happening to particular playlists or albums on your phone?

 

Also, do the songs become immediately grayed out/ unavailable after downloading the playlist or does it happen after a few days?
