I can’t sign in using my google.

Every time I try to log in via the app it keeps giving me an error saying „You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days. Update your location at Spotify.com to continue using it.“ When I log in through the website on safari though, it has no problem letting me continue with google. How do I fix this?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. With the Free version of Spotify, you can only use the app abroad for 14 days. If you stay longer than that, you need to update the country of your account to the new one and everything will work again. The login on the website will always work.

You can change your country from the account page. If you aren't actually abroad, then perhaps you are using a VPN which is why you are registered as being in another country. In this case, simply use Spotify without the VPN and it should recognize the country correctly and the login should work.
