I cant change my playlist cover, delete it, or private it

When I click edit on the playlist and click the delete button and nothing happens and my playlist is still there. When I click private nothing changes but when I select public it goes public. When I go into the editor and click change image nothing happens

Can you let me know when this started and if this started after any updates? 

If possible, it would be worth testing logging in with another Spotify account on your iOS device to see if the issue persists just to make sure this is not account-related.

You can also try a clean reinstall by following these steps. This process might help in getting rid of any cache that might be causing that issue.
