I cant sync my music to my ipod

ok my Spotify app just updated on my iPod 5th generation and i went to one of my offline playlist and then it was fine until I tapped the button where it says "Available Offline" and it went from On to Off and now it wont let me turn it back to on so now I cant sync my music from my computer to my iPod. It just wont sync I dont know why. Can I fix this somehow?

Why won't it sync exactly? What happens when you try and make it available offline?

it keeps saying "Offline mode is only for premium users" on the computer even though there my own tracks and on my ipod, everytime i tap it it just goes back to off. And i think i figured it out a little, its probably because i have some tracks from spotify on my playlist so it wont let me turn it back to on.
