I deleted and reinstalled app but not letting me login. I can login online

I deleted and reinstalled app but not letting me login. I can login online

The app just stopped me from continuing to listen to a podcast and said content was unavailable. I then deleted the app and reinstated it. I now get 'Something went wrong' error code 30 when I try to login on the app. I can login on the web browser. I have an iPhone 12 iOS 16.1.1. I have enough storage (10Gb)

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Have you tried using a different internet connection, e.g. mobile data versus WiFi? Did this bring any change?

 

Could you try a different mobile device as well? It's also important to try with a different account on the current device.

 

These steps will help us narrow down the reasons for this behavior.
