I'm a new user of Spotify and I have never received a push notification

My Question or Issue

I have been using Spotify for about 2 weeks now and I noticed I never get any push notification on my phone. I am following artists and when they release music I don't get a notification. All notifications are turned on, even email notifications, but I get 0!

You came to the right place!

Unfortunately Spotify has discontinued Push Notifications for Mobile apps. However, you can still get notifications by email. If you wish this feature to work again please suggest a new idea in Idea Submissions board or support this kind of idea if it has already been suggested

Then why can I turn off and on notifications settings into the mobile app and regardless of what I choose I still dont get anything

Good question! 

I guess it might come back again, besides you have the option for notifications to go straight to your inbox there too, that's why you see those options.

But I dont get any emails aswell ...

You don't get them too often.
