[IOS 13] Spotify Shuts Down While Opening

Whenever I try to open my Spotify app, it automatically shuts down itself. If there is not an internet connection, then it works fine. It happens to me for an hour, here's what I've tried:

-Delete all Spotify data from the device and reinstall Spotify

-Delete unnecessary apps

-Restart the device

-Switch to another WiFi or open mobile connection

-Check system requirements

There is no different result. I think it might be a memory issue. I need help!
