IOS Offline Playlist Skipping during playback

I have a playlist that is available offline when I run, and for the past two weeks it skips like a cd for every track.

On my PC, playback is fine, but on my phone it skips. It's not a connectivity issue, because I checked and unchecked the "make playlist available offline" toggle, and it skips whether or not the song is available offline.

I've updated the app, I updated my phone's software, and I've played with the crossfade/gapless playback options.

This makes Spotify unusable for me, because I need it the most when I work out. Any suggestions? Please email with a solution <snip>@gmail.com

As for your skipping, what version of iOS and Spotify are you using? 

It is worth a clean reinstallation of the app and then resyncing your content to see if that makes any difference?

iOS 7.1

 I did an uninstall/reinstall when I updated my iOS and it seems to have fixed the problem for now. Appreciate your help
