IOS premium account not playing

IOS premium account not playing

I recently encountered a problem where when I searched for songs on spotify on my phone they would be greyed out and when I click to play a song i get the message 'Premium Required' however I already have a ongoing premium subscription. I have checked my account online and it says I have a premium account and it will renew on 11/8.

I have tried uninstalling my app and reinstalling. Resetting my phone. I even tried installing the IOS 4 version but i get the same message.

Help!!! I just entered a redem code and got the email receipt but I can't stream music!!

Does Spotify desktop show you as premium?

Make sure you're signing into the right account, it's very easy to have both Spotify and facebook details!

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

I only have one account on spotify and it is definetly the correct account as The playlist are the same as the ones I had with the premium account when it worked previously.

If you check your subscription page it should show that you're currently on an Unlimited subscription. Feel free to get that changed right over to Premium by following the steps here.
