Inbox not working on iphone 5

Inbox not working on iphone 5

Hi, 

 

Since November, I don't get any new message in Spotify-iphone's inbox. Nevertheless, I do receive them properly on the Spotify-Desktop's (iMac) inbox. 

 

I would appreciate any help. I'd like to manage the messages from iOS.

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

I am having the same problem - I am getting messages through the desktop add on my PC, but no messages are coming over to either my iPhone 5 or my iPad 2. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app on both devices multiple times with no effect. On my iPhone, the Inbox flashes 3 white dots for a bit, like it's trying to update, but never does. Eventually, the dots freeze, and the only way to refresh it is to close the app completely. No messages come over, though, no matter how much you refresh.

 

As I only access the desktop app every few days, not getting messages is very frustrating. I've looked through the threads, but don't see any solutions posted. Help!
