Hi I’m a spotify Premium plan user in Singapore. Currently using the iphone 11, iOS 13.5.1.

 

I just got a Samsung earbuds+ recently and noticed that when I use it to listen to music on Spotify, the song keeps cutting off and lags sometimes and then another moment it just reconnects. I think there’s some intermittent disconnectivity going on and I’m not sure if it’s the app not compatible with Samsung earbuds on an iphone? Because it works fine when I use the earbuds to stream music on iTunes 😕

I’m in the USA and am having the same issue with my JBL Flip 5 Speaker disconnecting from Spotify. Spotify disconnects from my speaker when using my iPhone 11 and Kindle Fire. It doesn’t disconnect when I’m listening to Pandora or Audible. I think it’s a software issue.
