Iphone 13 spotify blackscreen

hi there i just recently purchased an iphone 13 pro and im having trouble opening up my spotify, it always leads to black screen only.

i have latest os and app. ive also tried restarting, uninstalling and installing again many times but its still not working.

please help!!!
