Just upgraded to premium, but unable to stream oh my iPhone.

Just upgraded to premium, but unable to stream oh my iPhone.

it says only premium users can stream on demand.. pls help.!

According to our database, you should be on the Premium service now. Try logging out and back in, and it should appear on your account.

Does your account say premium on your online overview? If so, I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.

According to our database, you should be on the Premium service now. Try logging out and back in, and it should appear on your account.

I have the same problem on my iPhone. Logging off and on again on my iPad fixed this issue but it won't go away on the phone.

After upgrading to premium (following a lapse in premium service), I have some playlists that stream properly on my iPhone, but at least one that still doesn't work after logging out and back in. I tried deleting it and restarting it with no luck. Any other ideas?

I am having this same problem. I have signed up for premium. Userid armoses. I got emailed a receipt and everything. However, when I try and stream on demand on my iphone it says only premium users can do this. I have logged out and logged in a couple of times to no avail. Please help.

I have the same problem it's say I am a premium on website but not the app tried logging out and back in didn't work

Try deleting and then reinstalling the app?

I just got premium today and its not working on my iphone, android, or MacBook.. The phones all say I can't stream unless I'm premium and my computer still has ads. I've signed in and out of all of them and uninstalled and reinstalled. I've checked my account and I even have the receipt in my email that I got it. Not sure what's happening. Please fix this!

The server issue from earlier is now resolved, however the system might still be playing catch up. I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you up and running.

Hi Peter, I've already followed those steps and its not working still. 😕

I have the same problem i just upgraded but my phone wont let me use premium and i still get ads on my computer

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

There was some server issues earlier which are still ongoing which are effecting both premium and unlimited account upgrades (apparently the issue has been corrected, so I am guessing it is just server catch up delay), the main topic about it is here (where the staff are posting updates).

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post once it is fixed!

Spotify is working with this issue!

I purchased it today and still can't get it to work on either my ipad or iphone.

Also having this problem. I log in using facebook. I've logged out and in multiple times and even deleted/re-installed the ap, and it still says I'm not  a premium user
