Keyboard not coming up at all

Hi I am trying to use the search feature in Spotify and when I hit the search the keyboard does not come up at all… very frustrating as i amuse Spotify consistently all day and night long.

Could you try to log out > restart your device > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?
 

It is also a good idea to clear cached files following these steps and check your battery saving features.
 

Lastly, we'd recommend giving this a try on a different device. For example you can ask a friend or a family member that has the Spotify App installed on their device to log in and test if the app behaves the same way. This will help us understand if it's device related issue or not.

If it is, sometimes these types of keyboards can have trouble connecting to certain devices. Another thing you could try is making sure that your keyboard is paired correctly with your device. Sometimes if there's a problem with the pairing, it can cause the keyboard to not work properly. You might also want to check if there are any software updates available for your keyboard or your device that could potentially fix the issue.
