LG TV will not sign in using my iPhone

My Question or Issue

My LG TV won't sign in using Spotify Connect on my iPhone. The app opens on the TV, but doesnt progress any further, stuck at login screen using iOS. The Spotify connect works perfectly fine on other devices and I tried resetting to the factory settings to no avail.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Try doing a factory reset on the TV. After that check if there are any firmware updates available and install those.

After that try to log in the Spotify app on the TV again.
