Less features on app

Less features on app

I have the spotify app on my iphone 5s, and when i log in with different accounts, both having the same premium subscription, i have less features on one of the accounts. Both accounts are a part of a "premium for family" subscripion, so why does one of them have less features? And how can i fix it? On the second screenshot i have 5 possibilities on the bottom for example the "browse"

I am thankful for any answer.

Try an app uninstall, soft reset, the usual basics... other than that, I have no idea what could be causing this, but I would go to https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-anonymous/ if that still doesn't work, and contact the support team. Hope I helped you!

Hi, and thank you for your answer. The app troubleshooting does not help, like re-installing the app and soft reset. The app is working properly with all the features, when i am on another account. In the link you gave me, it says i should post my issue if the troubleshooting does not help. Where should i post it, if it is not already posted the right forum. And where can i contact the support team?
