My Question or Issue

  I want to watch a zoom recording (that I’ve purchased from a website). It comes with a Spotify playlist. If I start playing the playlist then open the zoom recording, the music (on Spotify) stops playing. How can I both watch the zoom recording and listen to the Spotify playlist on my iPhone?

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you freely enjoy both apps.

In your iPhone's settings, there should be one called Background App Refresh. This determines whether an app can run in the background and also produce audio while another app is also doing the same. Try enabling that setting for both Spotify and Zoom and you should then be able to use both at the same time without interruptions.
