Lists downloaded but consuming Data while playing songs.

Hi,

I've downloaded several lists of songs. I can see no pending downloads and the songs are marked with a green arrow. When I play songs from these lists in my car, mobile data consumption grows as if it was downloading them. If i set the off line mode this consumption stops, but I cannot see song images or search for other information cause the offline mode avoid any type of connection. This is happening since I changed to a new Iphone7, aproximately one month ago.

I had the same problem, have a look at this post I created last week:

My problem was that Spotify only lets you play offline content on three devices, and I had gone over this amount, so my iPhone was no longer registered as an offline device.

If your problem is the same, and it may be as you said you had a new phone, login to your Spotify account on the web, click your name then Account, scroll down to Offline Devices.  Remove any you are no longer using.  Try your new phone again.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify then redownload my playlists again, but not sure if you need to do this or not, but if the above doesn't work, you may need to do the same.
