Local Files downloaded but don't show up on iOS

My Question or Issue

When I go to add local files to my phone, it shows that they are being downloaded, however they do not show up in the playlist that they are associated with. The Spotify storage shows zero KB. However, if I start playing the file on my computer and switch to playing it on my phone it plays the song. The songs simply just don't show on the phone for some reason. Both devices are connected to the same network with local file sync turned on

It's a good idea to give these steps a go. By doing that you can make sure the app is up-to-date and the cache is not causing any issues. Keep in mind that after the reinstall, it's necessary to download the music again in order to play it offline.

If that doesn't help, you can try these steps. Are there any changes?
