My Question or Issue

I can't login on an old iPhone.  I have used the correct email address and password, and successfully logged in on other devices, but I get the message "something went wrong, please try again later".

What should i do?

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

You mentioned your device is on iOS 10 but as you can see in this article, at least iOS 14 is needed for the app to run. Try updating your iPhone to the appropriate OS version, but if that's not possible, it would unfortunately mean that this device doesn't cover the minimum requirements for the app anymore. In that case, we advise using Spotify on a different one.
