Login with apple Face ID iphone not possible

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to access spotify on my iphone thru Face ID and the app returns me that my email or password is wrong. How?

I'm able to access Spotify in my laptop with the same user and password.

How is it possible if I have been using face ID to do that for long time?

Is it a local problem? In my country?

Does someone have the same problem?

This issue is commonly related to different credentials between your accounts. In this case, make sure your Apple ID and Spotify app share the same email address and try again. Also, keep in mind that your Apple ID must have two-factor authentication. You can find more info here.

If the issue persists, we'd recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi connection or mobile data since the network restrictions may affect the proper behavior of the login process.
