Long delays in airplane mode

My Question or Issue

I'm experiencing intermittently when I'm in airplane mode, that the app takes a long time to show my selection or play content. I see the 3 dots flashing for more than 15 seconds each time it comes up. This could be going into my library to look at saved content, or going into a saved library to start playing content.

As a first step, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall as this tends to resolve such issues with the app. Note that you'll need to re-download your offline playlists once you're done reinstalling.

If that doesn't help, try logging in with a different account (of a friend or family member) to narrow down the possible cause of the issue.
