Sorry to hear that! Let's try to find a solution, first of all, is that problem only happening with Spotify?

If it's only happening with Spotify I would recommend either a quick reinstall or a clean reinstall of the Spotify app.

Please, let me know if you follow these steps but you still have issues with the volume. Don't forget to include in the message your iPhone model, iOS version and Spotify version.
