Lyrics not working in my account

The lyrics funtion does not appear in my account, but in other accounts of my family plan it does. I have logged with my account on the other phones and the lyrics do not appear. I log in on my phone with the accounts in which the lyrics appears and they do appear, but when I returned to my account they did not.

I have tried a clean reinstall and didnt work. Can anyone help me?

Let's see what's happening here. Spotify is always testing new features to improve your listening experience. That's why you might see some features on the app that your friends/family doesn't and the other way around! There's some more information about that here: https://support.spotify.com/article/why-am-i-seeing-different-features-than-my-friends/. 

To always get the latest features, I recommend always keeping the app up-to-date or turning on automatic updates in the App Store/Play Store. 🙂

I'm having the same problem. I can see the lyrics from my profile on Spotify Web and Samsung Smart TV, but can't see them on my iPad and mobile app. I've tried logging out and back in, and deleting the app and reinstalling again, what else can I do?

I have this exact same problem. I have updated spotify always when it's available but I still can't see the lyrics of any song.

I cannot see lyrics on my a account, but signing in on my phone with a family members details, allows me to see the lyrics. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you
