Made payment this month and it says I have premium on my phone but it says I need to upgrade.

Made payment this month and it says I have premium on my phone but it says I need to upgrade.

I made a payment on 8/23 and it shows on my bank statement I made it.  The past few week I kept trying to install and uninstall and then cancel and sign up again but nothing worked. Every time i go to listen to a song on my phone it says I need to upgrade. And online it says I already have premium. What the hell should I do? I just wasted ten dollars for this month. I want next month for free for darn sure. I just started at a university also so I haven't had time to slave over this problem.

When you sign in online, are you logging in using Facebook or your Spotify username and password?
