Major issues with the app and most used playlist.

Major issues with the app and most used playlist.

I am only having issues with one specific playlist. If I put a song on repeat and listen to it a few times, when I turn repeat off and the song finished the playlist stops playing music entirely. But next to the name it will show the lines indicating the playlist is still going. If I am driving somewhere, turn the car off, come back and turn the car on, the playlist will play the rest of the song or the full next song and just stop playing. But it will show that the playlist is still going. This also happens if I switch to my bluetooth headphones. I have to change playlists entirely and come back to get it to play again. If I try to restart a song the same thing happens. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it didn’t work

Thanks for reaching out to us about this!

It seems to me that the issue may very well be connected to some potentially damaged cache data.
You may try removing the locally stored cache files by following the steps here to see if that makes a difference,
If that doesn't help, as we cannot view your accounts from the Community, you may also check if everything is in order with your cached files stored on Spotify's end by reaching out to our support folks

In case the issue persists after this, do let us know and we'll gladly take a further look into this 🙂
