Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Members can only change between one Duo/Family plan and another once every 12 months. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent use of these plans. So if your members have already changed from one owner to another, they cannot join a third now. They can still go back and rejoin the owner they were last with and stay there until they may switch again.
