Missing song on iPhone, it is there on the desktop

Hi:

I have a curious issue. I have a song that I added to my songs playlist on the spotify app on my Mac desktop. These have always shown up also on my iPhone and vice versa. Yesterday I added a new song to the list, and it does not show up on the iPhone list. I tried to search for the song, and the album and neither show up on the iPhone. I searched the artist and only one album out of 4 came up, and the one album that has the song I want does not show on the iPhone.

I am using version 1.0.45.186.g3b5036d6 on the desktop and 6.8.0.3786 on my iPhone.

Any ideas, except experience tells me this is a spotify issue.
