Mobile play

So my app opens on my iPhone, but as soon as I hit play, it kicks me out. It works on my laptop. Please help since this is the only way for me to listen to music while I work out!!!

To start, is there anything that you have already tried? Just so we know what bases we've covered. Along with that, what version of both iOS and the Spotify app are you using?

 

In the mean time, I would recommend that you delete the application from your iOS device, then reinstall the application from the App Store.

I made sure that my other audio apps worked. I turned the phone on and off
after a minute wait. I reset it. The version of the Spotify app is
7.7.0.850. My iOS is 8.0.2

By resetting it you mean that you ran a force reset by holding the lock button and home button until it restarts, correct? Can you also confirm that you reinstalled the app from the App Store?
