Hi,

I am not able to log in anymore. I have tried looking the problem up but it wont work with my account. I have moved from the Netherlands to Australia. I have tried to change the country settings but then it says this emailadress is already in use. Also it says that Spotify is not available in Australia. I am using Spotify Free on a Iphone 4s.

Is there a way I can log in to my Spotify account?

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get you up and running again.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
