Hello,
I have recently purchased an iPhone 5 with 64 gigs.
It seems like i can only download a certain amount of music on my device before it tells me i've reached the maximum offline playlists.
how can i change increase that ammount, and use more room on my phone?
thanks
Y
please?
???
Thank you David.
Right now spotify is not even using 20GB
and i still have 40GB I'd love to use.
Any way to change that?
any way to change that limit?
????
It sounds like you have 3,333 tracks synced on your iPhone, which is the per-device limit for offline sync.
Is that a likely explanation ?
My question is how to cancel or increase that limit?
since my device can contain way more than that, and i travel alot
please advise, thanks
I don't think you can, unfortunately.
I'm also completely new to Spotify, so I can be wrong here, but from what I've read, you can only sync a total of 10.000 songs to offline mode, divided into maximum 3 devices. However, the maximum number of songs available for offline mode i still 3.333 per device, no matter if you only use one device. I don't think there is a way to 'remove' this limit (at least yet). Sorry...
This is one issue that makes me hesitate if I should stick to iTunes instead or if I should take the leap over to Spotify. I still haven't decided.
