Music stop playing after 10 seconds

So this had been happening for the past three weeks, but whenever I try to listen to a song on spotify it just stops playing after 10 seconds. The first week the same thing happened, and it was 14 seconds before everything stopped.

I have an Iphone6 and have tried uninstalling/ reinstalling the app, as well as rebooting my phone.

It doesn't do anything when the music stops, not even the progress bar moves.

I'm having the same issue I have a galaxy note 5 and it does this every time I try to listen.... done all the same steps you have to try and fix it and nothing
