My “Good morning/evening” shortcuts aren’t appearing.

My “Good morning/evening” shortcuts aren’t appearing.

The “Good morning/evening” shortcuts don’t appear, however the text does. Every time I open the app, the same thing.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Could you try to log out > restart your device > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?
 

It is also a good idea to clear cached files on your device by following the steps here.

 

On another note, have you tried reproducing this on another device? If a friend or a family member has the Spotify app installed, it could be great if you ask them to log in and test if you'll be able to see the aforementioned sections on their device.
