My music is gone

My music is gone

When I updated Spotify, it deleted all of the music off of my phone. I reinstalled the app hoping that it would come back, but it hasn't. Now I try to resync the playlists from my desktop and it won't let me. I'm not sure what else to try. Any help is appreciated.

Can I see all your playlists?

All of my playlists should be public.

Is your username "natethegreat12" if so I can see quite a few playlists on your account. Are you logging in using that username (not your email address)?

I can access those playlists through my profile, but I can't get any of them into "your music" so I the whole song won't play, nor can I get anything offline. I'm not sure whether it's a problem with my app or my desktop.

I've got a similar problem. My playlists stopped showing in the "Your music" section, and now i cant play any music that isn't synced and/or saved in my playlists. I can search for a song that I know is in my playlist, and is also synced for offline play and it works. But if I try to play a song that isn't synced, Spotify won't play it.

Has this issue been adressed?

So far it hasn't for me. But I'm wondering if it has something to do with my phone. I haven't upgraded to the iOS system so I don't know if that's keeping it from syncing and whatnot.
