My phone tries to sync with my computer and it also affects the volume

Hi, 

I have a Premium Family account (it is being used by two people).  I am in Denmark and I have a MacBook pro and iPhone 11 pro v14.4 and at my computer Mojave v10.14.6

So, the annoying problem is the following: I am using Spotify on my computer, but I have multiple devices available, so, in case convenient, I can set to play another song from my phone and it will be played on my computer.

The problem happens with it "connects/recognizes" the devices, sometimes is random without me noticing, and increases my phone volume to the maximum, matching the Spotify player's bar of volume. So, if I set the volume back to my phone, it will also affect the computer's player volume bar and I will end up having an annoying situation where I need to switch wifi or close the app.

Any idea how can be fixed?

It's a good idea to restart your devices and then to log out and log back in again.

In case that doesn't help, we'd suggest you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

It's also a good idea to try with another account to see if anything changes.
