My playlist doesn’t work and it won’t let me scroll down to see my music

It won’t let me chose my own music and can’t go back to my playlist to scroll down and see my music

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. This seems odd. Let's investigate this further.

To start with, can you let us know if it's a specific playlist or multiple playlists?

It would also be great if you can provide us the URI of the playlist.

In the meantime, can you remove all potential corrupt cache files that possible can be the reason this occurs with the steps that's provided in this article.
