My spotify app takes a very long time in (installing/updating?) :(

I downloaded the spotify app then I subscribed premium on it. I downloaded many songs. My concern is that when it started updating or installing, its taking forever for it to finish..until now its installing and I wanted to re-install the app, however all the songs that I have downloaded will be deleted. I need help 😞

Hi @belleisme, judging by the picture you provided and the information about slow download speeds it seems like your problem lies with your wifi connectivity. Can you find a faster wifi to DL the app and music on?

I could connect to my 4g connection but the current problem is that it's stuck at the process of "Installing". So If I connect it to a faster connection, will the installation continue? It's been stuck at the installation for days already.
