I have paid for premium a week ago but account doesn’t reflect it

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here.
 

Is it possible that you aren't logged in to the correct Spotify account? Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features. 

 

Check out this help page for useful tips on finding other accounts.

 

In case you can't locate another account on which you've activated the Premium plan we can suggest you get in touch directly with your payment service provider. You can check with them if the transaction you requested went through or the Premium plan didn't activate due to unsuccessful payment.
