New iphone and Sonos speakers have stopped appearing in the Spotify devices menu

I got a new Iphone 14 and the Spotify app stopped showing my Sonos speakers in the device menu, but the Spotify option in the Sonos app continued to work.

 

I saw posts from some time ago talking about this problem and have followed all of those steps but it's still not working. Both Sonos and Spotify are on the same network and all the correct permissions are enabled. I've reset my network, turned my phone on and off and done a clean reinstall of the Spotify app to no avail.

 

I'm a premium subscriber in Australia.

 

Can anyone please help?

We appreciate all the troubleshooting you've tried before. To continue investigating your case, we need to gather as much information as possible.

 

Would you mind checking if the issue is still persistent using a different Wi-Fi network? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

 

Also, include in your next response a screenshot of the "devices menu" on the Spotify app, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to have a better look at the issue.
