New phone - lost spotify playlists

I recently had to reset my iphone and erase all apps etc from my phone.  When I downloaded spotify again and logged in, my old playlists were gone.  I also tried logging in on the website and still cannot locate my playlists.  Spotify was saying that I had the free version and there seems to be no record of me having premium.  How can I locate all of my playlists?  I am a yoga teacher and have tons of music saved on my old premium account.

It looks like you've signed in a wrong account. Do you recall having a second account? It's something that happens very often around here.
