No Playback controls for Playlists on iPhone?

Hello everyone,

i just recently switched from Android to iPhone and now have a major problem with the spotify client.

When i start playing music from a playlist, i dont get any playback controls. the music starts playing but i have no way of pausing or stopping the music. when i add the playlist to my queue or play any other music the player controls pop up un the lowest part of the screen and i can control everything, can cast the music all around the house, but when i select something in my playlist i have no control at all because the playback controls are not popping up.

Under Android that was not a problem, i could play music no matter if it was on a playlist or just found on spotify and had my playback controls, but now i cant even see what song is playing.

Is that a bug, a feature or is there some setting wrong?

I have the same problem, but only on one playlist that a friend send me.

Every other playlist works fine, I'm on iPhone 7 Plus
